Okay, so, the funny truth is that we have a whole lot more to say about our health than we typically think.
We are used to our aches and pains and have come to believe that this is just us, or the inevitable course of the aging process. And we are selling ourselves short and often selling out to monied interests. As often quoted by Hippocrates (the father of medicine) “Let your food be your medicine and let your medicine be your food,'' what and when and how much we eat has a direct impact on the health of our bodies. We are not that much different than our hunter-gatherer ancestors, who, if they made it through childbirth and also avoided deadly infections, starvation, and predator death, were extremely fit and active.
