My StoryThroughout my life I have been fairly active, working the last 30 years as a painting contractor.
Then I started noticing weight gain, achy joints and low energy. I tried a few things like vegetarianism, working out, trying to run etc.. Nothing seemed to work for me. Then, out of desperation, I went against all conventional advice… I stopped eating all grains, started eating more red meat and lots of good fats, butter (not margarine) using olive oil and coconut oil. In three weeks of this way of eating (or not eating as it were) I dropped considerable weight, felt great and looked a lot better. In three months people did not recognize me. WOW! So, of course, I was a little enraged that no one had told me of this way of eating before, but in fact had actively discouraged it! I started learning why this happened and dedicated my life to this lifelong journey of health and vibrancy. Since then I have earned a certification as a health coach, as a personal trainer, and as a breath coach. I love all three certs and blend them into a program designed specifically for each person.
