We have inherited Life from our parents, and their parents, and their parents, and so on. From our ancestors. Back in our grandparents' grandparents' day, there wasn't an obesity epidemic, cancer was hardly known, as well as early onset ahlzhiemers. Of course diabetes was not so prevalent. We've made totally awesome accomplishments in science, technology, and medicine, you name it we have done great things! But why are we fat, cancerous, diabetic, and senile before our time (if in fact there really is a time for this degeneration)? Bold and earnest people world wide are discovering the plain and obvious fact that what we put in out mouths has a direct effect on our health.
The unpopular fact that bread us making us fat is just that, very unpopular but very true. Yes there is life without bread, in fact people world wide are experiencing dramatic health benefits from not eating the ubiquitous processed crap that is so addicting.
Why not try becoming an aborigine in modernity?
Lets eat and live more like the native americans, good healthy meats (unless you are doing the vegetarian route), plenty of good veggies, (no white potatoes or rice) lots of good fats (butter, olive oil, fatty fish, animal fats, avocados) and lets live joyously active lives, no more couch potatoes (unless you are part of my primal tribe of couchpotatoprimalfit).
